What a great Weekend!

We had such a fun weekend! It started on Thursday night since Kendall has been working four 10's lately...which has been lovely. Friday we ran tons of errands and got lots of loose ends tied. Aflac is all ready to go and we are officially and completely insured...YEAH!!! All of Kendall's work papers are all filled out and he gets to start school in the summer. Then on Saturday, we went to an easter egg hunt that was supposed to start at 10:00. We got there at 9:45 thinking we had plenty of time to spare, but unfortunately...they started early, so it was already over! What a drag...but Sam didn't care since he didn't even know what an Easter egg hunt is. Then, Kendall and I left for our romantic getaway this weekend. We went to the Salt Lake temple and it was so great. We really enjoyed the session. After that we checked in at the Inn on the Hill B&B.
We had dinner at Chile's and then went back to our room. It was such a cute place...it really has a lot of charm. It was such a great anniversary! On Sunday we went to church with Mom and Dad Johnson. Then we headed down to Auntie Laura's house for FHE. She planned an Easter egg hunt and Sam had such a blast. Thanks Laura! At first he just picked up the eggs and threw them, but then he got the hang of things. Also, she got some baby chicks for the kids to take pictures with...Jen and Brad took the chicks home with them to Garland to raise. It was so cute, Sam didn't really care about them because he was too busy exploring her yard and having a party with the kids, but I did manage to get a couple of cute pictures! What a great weekend!
